Maham Zehra is an Islamic artist working across illumination (tazhīb), kufic and naskh calligraphy, geometric design and studio ceramics. Her practice returns again and again to the sacred word — carved into clay, laid in gold, or resolved into pure geometry.
Trained in the classical traditions and rooted in a contemporary studio practice, she treats each surface — paper, board, glaze — as a space for stillness and precision. Commissions and exhibition history to follow.
